Unfortunately it has been a month since I ran last. Fracture to the tibia. Hoping to be back on my feet (pun intended) in the next 2 weeks but will be biking for a while instead of running. I figure the app will do just fine with the bike since I use the GPS for tracking. How is everyone else doing!

So far nothing great on the road here other than a twisted knee that has reduced me to walking for a few day only I hope.

They just started another 5K season on Zombies. It might help too! Happy to get some weekly challenges started. Anyone have any ideas or thoughts on the matter? Lets brainstorm!

Welcome! I am a newb to the world but enjoying it and was surprised not to see a group yet. As for the spoilers I completely agree!
