This is so me ........ I'm also in my second week. I've been hitting the gym everyday and eating within my target without using the calories that I've gained back. I feel better and stronger mentally and positive that I'm going to achieve my goal.

When will season 6 start in the states ? In the uk it is currently playing but I have to catch up tomorrow when I'm at home.

I know it's down to me and me alone and eating in moderation is a learning curve. The point is that it is difficult when temptation is put in front off you!

I think you're right more will power required. In the past I've got better at resisting once I've started seeing results. Chocolate is my weakness and it doesn't help when the kids still have Easter eggs just sat there.

Hi, I hope you are ok. I lost my father 9 years ago to cancer. I know how difficult this time is for you - it will get better. But only when you are ready. I believe the pain never truly go's you just learn how to cope with it and your happy memories will out weigh your feelings of loss.
