I've fallen off the wagon the last week. Eating cake and Mexican food like there was no tomorrow. I'm also disappointed in how much I drank this weekend. Time to re-focus. I can do this!

I was hoping to be out of the 270's this week but it's that TOM and I haven't really been working out as much as I would really like. Tomorrow is a new day and I'll get my butt up and walking!

I figured out the trick to losing weight....walking. I walk 3 miles every morning and then I try to get to the gym at least 3 times a week and do 2 more miles and then hit the weight machines. It was a good week. Went to the gym a couple times on top of my normal morning walks. Eating healthy also really helps! LOL

String cheese and PB are my go-to snacks. They help but be careful with PB b/c it's also high in sugar. I'm glad we have a new challenge even if it is only for 6 weeks. I need the motivation to stay on track. Don't forget to fill out the fitness/nutrition sheet too. :)

Hi, Katie here from Florida. I've lost 130 lbs in the past 9 months and have been stalled for the last 3 weeks. I'm glad we have this challenge starting up to get me moving again. I really like the name Skinny Dippers and Cereal Killers. hehe

I can't seem to join correctly. Here's the weigh in from today. Breakfast, fro-yo, and a bunch of water pushed me back up on the scale. Let's hope that it goes back down next week!

I'm back from my cruise but stuck on the ship. I'll weigh in as soon as I get home. I think I managed to still lose while on vacay. It's a small miracle. But then again, I just ate a big fro-yo cone. Lol that should move the scale....

Happy Thursday everyone! I'm back after about a 2 year break. I'm starting to track my eating again because I'm going to be getting the gastric sleeve in a couple of months and Mayo makes you track. I had pretty good success the first time. Need all the friends and motivation I can get. :) <3 Katie
