  • Happy midweek all! You know sometimes you look in the mirror and you think "what's the point? I don't look very different at all." Then right after that you put on your pants and you think, "hmm...my pants are looser. Hey!! My pants are looser!!!" Hope you guys get some "looser pants" moments!

  • Found a suit and went swimming for an hour this morning. Things I learned at 36: stop caring so much about what other people think and take care of yourself. I don't think I've owned a swimsuit since I was in high school. Ha! Hope everyone had a stellar weekend!
