As you lose weight your calories in take goes down. You should look up a site that tell you how much calories you should in take a day base off you your weight, height, gender etc. than change your calories in take to the number it give u and your mfp app

Long as you not going over youy daily calories in take. I see nothing wrong with eating that slice of pizza on the weekends or whatever satisfy your craving. I think it’s bad to eat a 100% healthy than when you get to your goal weight and you can’t maintain that lifestyle and you go back to your bad habits.

Starting off I will eliminate the word (cheat) because I don’t eat over my daily calories which is 1800 cal at the moment and it goes down every week as I lose weight.
