Todays menu is a mountain of fruit salad with yogurt for breakfast. Veggie pizza wrap with salad for lunch and homemade spring rolls with a veggie stir fry and rice noodles.

Vegetarian for 29 years and vegan for one. It's been easier than I thought it would be and I really wish I'd done it years ago.
