You have 15 weeks to lose 22 lbs so that is 1.46 lbs per week. Its okay as that means 5133 calories per week or 733 less calories per day. If your essential calories per day are 2400 or more, then you are fine.

You are going to lose muscle if you try to lose weight to fast. 1 to 1.5 lbs maybe okay but I think 2 lbs per week is just to fast.

(Adding 10% if you think you are under your count) What do you think you are under counting. Take a guess of what you under counted, then add 10% more of this food in weight rather then just adding calories.

I don't have a daily routine. I would like to start and stretch 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes before bed. I always try to stretch after dance or cardio classes. When strength training, I will stretch after each set or if I am doing a class with weights, stretch afterwards. I do a lot of rolling with a roller.…
