I only use this app on my phone. What I do is I tell it what % I want under goals. Then when you go to nutrition it shows you two pie charts and one table. I've been on and off low-carb diets many times, and I almost never experience much water loss. Massive pounds dropped at the front (due to the water loss) has never been my experience.
