Wow, 9!! That's so young :( But glad you were able to get through it. Unfortunately, they no longer allow u to drink through a straw post op. But I did have an incredible surgeon who was kind enough to stitch the roof of my mouth! It is still sore, but it just looks likea cut with stitches in it, instead of a gaping hole…

Lol I'm already seeing how this will be not fun for a while. All of those things sound great, but to live off of only dairy and carbs for a week I think i will feel sick :( Maybe i could smash peas and tuna into a pulp. Auddii, you had a graft too? Did they give you that retainer thing to protect the roof of you mouth?

Thanks you guys! I've always stayed active and kept up with my exercise even throughout these years of not weighing in, but my portion control went way out of control!!! I think that's why I gained, but didn't gain quite as much. I love working out! But food, and LOTS of it, is my weakness. I would eat enough in just one…
