Well this would be my first challenge but I'm ready for it. Count me in! According to MFP diary my goal would be to lose 7.5 lbs in 5 weeks. I have 13 lbs lost so far so that would put me at 20.5 lbs lost to meet the challenge.

There are actually some pretty good healthy recipes on Foodnetwork.com. I tried one a couple of weeks ago that was for chicken fajitas. It was delicious. A little bit different than the normal way to make them but really flavorful and low calorie.

I'm 37 and it is definitely a lot harder this time around. But I know it can be done. We are older so we have more patience right? lol I keep thinking maybe my scale is broken and I'm not really losing weight but it keeps slowly going down. :smile: Add me too please!
