Are you getting enough fat? When I have this issue, I increase my fat intake.

I think the worst thing about cheat days is that they don't help you to overcome cravings. In my experience, I had to learn to limit the bad foods, even eliminate them in order to make this a lasting change. Cheat days sabotaged my efforts at changing my food patterns.

I had a sore hip flexor on one side for too long while I continued cardio, strength, cycling. Finally went to chiropractor who told me to take a few weeks off doing only light walking. Can't even do yoga.

I was able to get my mind to a place where I prefer healthy foods. I am no longer worried about foods that don't make me feel good. I believe this is why I am finally experiencing real success (down 20, 20 more to go, started on April 18)

I started with a goal of 2 lbs a week, and had to change it to 1 lb per week because I was too hungry.

I started April 18, 2016 have lost 14 lbs

I don't want to be too compulsive and weigh everything, so I set myself up for losing 2 lbs a week knowing that I am probably under reporting. I have lost 8.2 lbs in 5 weeks. With 25 lbs to go.
