  • Just threw a successful Christmas party where I served both keto and classic holiday treats. I am happy to report I did not cave in and cheat, and actually I wasn’t fixating on the food like I thought I would be.
  • Thanks for the ideas! I am hosting a sneakily keto Christmas party tonight. I also have some cookies, but I have zero interest in eating them, just decorating them.
  • 12/3: 165 12/10:164 12/17:167 12/24 12/31 Caved in and had beer on Friday night. I was discouraged until I remember that not long ago I couldn’t even get myself into the 160s, and now 167 in my “fat weight”.

  • 10/29 - 171 11/05 - 11/12 - 11/19 - 11/26 - Newb here. Started keto on Nov 3. So far I am constantly hungry. Hopefully that will subside... Recently lost about 10 pounds by non keto means. Just here to try something new and hopefully stop gaining and losing the same 5 pounds.
