Can I add you as a friend? I swear this is me in a nutshell. I eat when I'm bored, happy, stressed, or just when I'm by myself. I have let my BF, who lives with me, know that this happens, but I haven't thought of telling him EVERY time I do/don't do it. Accountability does seem like it would be the quickest way to stop it…

Currently starting on week 3. In response to Noel_57 who asked about way of life or fad.... it's meant to be a way of life, definitely. I know for myself, I just learned about it, but I'm planning on staying this way for my entire life :)

So, going into week 2 of keto... That first week was KILLER! I've noticed that the fat bombs REALLY help! And finding HIGH protein foods helps keep me full. The carb cravings are still there especially with the BF eating whatever he wants LOL but bacon helps...and like I said having food ready that you CAN eat definitely…
