Hi you guys, update: well at the garage where the scooter was stolen, the guy SAID they are going to pay for it. Still waiting for proof of that in writing. I had to go to the police station to declare it stolen. 2h wait outside in cold because they are doing renovation and have no waiting room for many months. Crazy day…

Hey tracking today. I have to put 1000 c per day pré activité to lose more than about .4 lbs per week. Like machka I aim to consume only about half of activity calories. Had about 400 breakfast lots of protein and about 450 lunch..cauliflower tofu 50g rice t top oil..+ 3 v small apes 150. Already over calories....
