  • Kale, black beans, tortilla strip chips, lime vinaigrette. Kale, mandarin oranges, Asian crunchy noodle things, ginger dressing. Romaine, chicken, grape tomatoes, black olives, parmesan, Greek dressing.
  • Yeah I usually eat eggs, sausage, and cereal or yogurt for breakfast. Tons of carbs for lunch like granola bars and pasta, then mostly protein for dinner like chicken & rice or steak & potatoes. It's just getting boring eating the same stuff all of the time. I need some new go to recipes.

  • I don't know if Fleet Feet is a NC thing only, but they are the best running store. Not only do they do shoe fittings, but they have awesome training programs.
