I would love to join in... CW= 164 Have been working on eating clean and exercising for a few months now, so am down 20!! 29 to go, would like to see at least 10 gone in 6 weeks!!

I love it! MFP, Map my hike and fitbit all sync up!! I track weight and food on MFP, steps, calories, sleep on fitbit... also weight training on MFP... great way to keep an eye on it all. Also involved in step challenges with others on fitbit... really motivating!!

I'd like to join in! I had lost 37 lbs, but with an injury last summer, have gained 17 back. SW = 177.5 GW = 125 Trying to stick to fresh foods, good carbs, 1200 cal/day. And starting exercise program tomorrow (walking, weight training, etc). Hoping that joining this group will help to keep me motivated ... Thanks!!
