Here it goes team! First let me say I started off at 220 Jan 28 2016 July 17 2016 CW: 1995 My goal was lose 50lbs by my 50th bday Nov 24 2016 So 25lbs to go. Time is already flying!!!! Whew!

Sugar always make me more hungry. maybe treat yourself to something you like once a week. I do. It helps with deprivation. Oh and if you don't like something don't eat it. Eat the fruits you like.
