Stop posting this - what is the point? It's the 4th exact same post I've seen here a couple of weeks apart. Either you're really unlucky with weddings of same exact scenarios or, more likely, you're trying to stir up something. Just stop.

YESS!!! I just force myself to eat within my calorie goal and end up cranky most of that time... I haven't found a way to stop craving things though... and definitely, feel bad about my body too as I feel bloated and fat and all around negative these days. I avoid weighing myself and looking in mirror unnecessarily

I never eat past 8pm, because I feel like it affects my sleep quality, but it is very personal - find what works for you :)

Count your calories to the tee - weigh everything and don't eat back more than half your exercise calories - it works, no miracles needed. :) Good luck x

I've just reached my mini-goal (be in the healthy BMI range), so it is time to set myself another one! My next mini-goal is to fit with ease into the size 8 jeans I bought yesterday for motivation! I could fit in them, but felt like a stuffed sausage, so i'm hoping they fit a lot better soon :)

Hey! I'm 162.7lbs now (have lost 19 already, started a bit over 180 too!) and want to get down to 125.6lbs! I am on 1200kcals and have an open diary, so feel free to add me if that seems like a good fit x
