Well, you might not lose weight even after a week of strength training. Juice and shakes will last you what - max 2-3 weeks if you have super self-control? As soon as you start eating, you will gain back and probs have gastritis or something. Just count your calories and start walking, get active. The weight will fall off and stay off, because that's sustainable.
