A breast reduction and some 20kg later, I am beginning to love myself. Still going strong though! Goal weight is 61kg and then toning up!
84.5kg before the breast reduction
83.5kg after the reduction
Currently at 64.0kg
I lost most of the weight in 4 months and then been maintaining and losing very slowly on and off for the past year. Lost weight so many times before, but never stuck for more than a few months. I'm a completely different person inside and out. I have a long journey ahead of me still, but I am so proud of myself for my progress. I've gone from hating everything that I am to realising my worth and starting to love myself one day at a time.

Can I ask you what u went to for a reduction? I'm in my weight loss process n intend to get a reduction after?12 -
@kcerrillo - I did mine with a private doctor in Latvia, so I don't think it will be much help. The only thing I can tell you is - best decision of my life.6

I am so jealous of you guys, after I hit 250ish I did not allow photos of myself and I was last weight at my doctor's years ago at 350.3 I am current at 270.5 so I do not even want to look at these photos side by side as I do not think it would be a positive. All I know is I feel so much better at 270.5 the 350.3
I am the big guy sitting with my young son on my lap.

I want to be you, but without races! How long did it take? Did you lose weight and then start exercising later? Or was it a joint endeavor?34 -

1 year anniversary of hitting my goal weight!
Hit my initial goal last August of 50lbs lost and under 150lbs. I now waver between 125-130lbs. Trying to build more muscle and tone up so I'm trying not to be too focused on my weight. I started Jan 2016 didn't take a photo until I realized I was actually going to stick with it this time. So had already lost about 10 lbs in the before pictures. I didn't record my measurements until March '16, those stats were:
Chest 40, Waist 34, Hips 45, Bicep 15.5....
Now: Chest 36, Waist 25, Hip 36, Bicep 1125 -
September 2013 - December 2013 then fast forward to 3 years later November 2016 (and still the same now). Consistency and hard work pays off

I was meant to be both, one might not have been possible without the other, I may have simply been content 40, 80,100lbs over weight enough to have never started... After all, I didn't start until I was about 150lbs over.
However this is what was inside the heavier me, it had always been there, it just needed my help to come out. The difference between these two photos is not that one was more serious, or dedicated, or stronger, he had no more will, motivation or any other virtue, the difference was momentum! And that's something everyone can build over time...
No there are many that would like to believe they are fitter than the majority because they have more virtue but I've been on both sides and I say Bs, it's purely about the direction of your momentum... You can, it's in you!
Preaching to the choir,
Jesse
