Canned tuna. Ate too much of it in college.

1 hr weight-training circuits 2-3 days a week and one day of high intensity cardio. Otherwise, chasing my 2 year old and playing sports with my 12 year old. 6 days a week leaves me injured and de-motivated.

That seems like a bit much, but I guess it depends on your age. I'm 42 and volume is a progress killer for me. I have the same thing everyday. Boring, but when it comes to getting lean, routine isn't a bad thing. 1/2c extra thick oats, 1 heaping scoop of vanilla HydroWhey, 1 cup of tropical frozen fruit, and instead of water, about 1c of black coffee. Gives me everything I need in one glass.
