Picture of me (left) at my heaviest giving a speech to my class. I felt so uncomfortable, depressed and unhealthy. This was just a year and a half ago at 169 lbs to now (right) - 133 lbs. I feel happy and alive again! ☀️ 5'7" SW: 169 lb CW: 133 lb GW: 130 lb
