After traveling the past two weeks for work, and another 9 day trip coming up on the 30th, I need this!! I've been trying to get in steps and workouts, but it's starting to become more of a challenge and struggle with the crazy hours. On days when I am home and at the office, I'll continue to only take the 3 flights of…

This October, I moved to a new office, and I want to get back on track with workouts. My goal is to take the stairs rather than the elevator, and I will also get back to my 4 day a week lunchtime workouts. To ensure I can keep this goal, I will pack my gym bag at night and have it ready to take with me in the morning. So…

I had a move it Monday. Got my lawn cut for the first time before we get almost 3 days or rain. I'm going to try and give wall/sink pushups a try. I'll alternate that with my jogging while I'm waiting on the microwave. :)

I've started to jog in place while waiting on the microwave. There are some other great ideas here that I'm going to incorporate in to my day as well. Thanks for the ideas and inspiration!

I didn't get it logged last night, but I was able to get a nice 30 minute walk in, thankfully the weather wasn't too bad.

I am going to add some free weight arm exercises while using my stationary bike, and I would also like to give yoga a try. Hopefully I'll be coordinated enough.

I am a coffee drinker as well, but one thing I have learned to be is a "double-fisted" drinker. I always make sure I have my coffee in the morning as well as water. Not only is the water good for our bodies, it also helps wash away the teeth staining coffee.

Just love these challenges. Thanks so much for hosting them. I do great with fruits, it's my veggies that need some work. lol

Love this challenge! Thank you for sharing the information about Walk for a Dog. I had not heard of this before. I have a dog, who loves to go for walks. Not only will our walks be good for us, but it'll benefit sheltered animals as well. Your infographics are helpful and motivating. Thank you!

Since I have a sit/stand workstation, I try and limit my sitting to meetings and eating my lunch, but some tasks are just easier sitting. I'm going with the alternate challenge today not only for me to "move" but to inspire a coworker to move as well.

Happy Friday everyone! Loving today's challenges! They've inspired me to put sweeping out the garage on my to do list for this weekend, and whenever I do use my laptop at home, I'm going to bring it into the kitchen and use it at the counter. Thanks the ideas and inspiration. Have a great weekend everyone :)

Thankfully I now have a sit/stand work station. The only time I've been sitting during the challenge at work is during meetings and to have lunch. I've always been a fast walker, so I think I'll try 'slowing' my pace a bit. Loving the challenges!

I'm looking forward to the challenge. Very good tips to start. Good luck to everyone! :)

I'd like to give the challenge a try. I'm in! :)

I'm in. Looking for friends and be a part of support for others and support for myself in return.

Hi ladies, I'm Deb. I live in Arkansas. I started MFP because I had gained around 6 pounds, while that doesn't sound like a lot, to me it was horrible. Back in 2010 I was over 200 pounds and joined WW online. It helped me to learn to think about what I was eating and realize that I needed to make a lifestyle change, not…
