Hi,lattely i started "playing"more with the carbs like keeping it midium for 3/4 days like for me isaround 150 gr and then 1 high carb day 300gr and i hv also 1 low carb day,normalky after the high carb day i do heavy squads or dead lifts but dont forget if u increasy carbs should lower the fat...but its somethimes alot…

Hi,i used alot pre workouts soo far,yes i felt energise but since 1year i stop them,now im using only Amino Energy on Optimum Nutrition its basicly aminos but there is natural extract of coffee beans and green tea soo give me very nice boost and i dont drop energy,my girlfriend use it too,check it out its really helpfull :)

You hv to be careful if u take more fat u should lower the carbs intake u can play around and see how u feeling and ofcourse whats are your goals r importand :)
