  • This sounds like some serious dehydration. I think a lot of people really miss one of the most important steps in ketosis: Proper hydration. I'm not talking 8 glasses of water a day. It varies person to person but if you're not getting around a gallon (+ or -) 20 ounces of water a day, you're going to have a bad time.
