  • Went to the pediatrician ENT and found out my daughter needs surgery (outpatient, she will be fine). I used the stress of my 13 month old going under anesthesia as an excuse to binge. Really disappointed in myself, but back on the wagon. 34 / 5"9 My Numbers: SW: 334.4 CW: 335.1 GW: 199 LTGW: 132.1 Weigh-ins: Fridays 5/7/21…
  • Feel better! Stomach bugs are nasty things.
  • I weighed in today and was 326.7! Super exciting. I know the start always yields the most significant weight loss, but it's encouraging all the same! 34 / 5"9 My Numbers: SW: 334.4 CW: 331.1 GW: 199 LTGW: 132.1 Weigh-ins: Fridays 5/7/21 = 334.4 5/14/21 = 331.1 5/21/21 = 5/28/21= Total WL/G for the month= Measurements:…

  • Hi Everyone! Starting MFP again. I lost a good amount of weight to have a baby. I had our beautiful girl in March of 2020. Thanks to postpartum and pandemic, I've gained it back and then some. Looking for friends and motivators! Best wishes to you all 💪
  • Thank you for the tip! Any great resources on fasting you've found helpful?

  • Hi all! In my 30's. I like pretty much anything Blizzard (no SC or WoW) - HotS is my favorite right now. I'm excited for Little Nightmares. My SO and I like RPG's and a ton of different board games. Looking to lose ~70lbs. I've been on MFP before; I fell off the wagon but jumping back on. Trying to eat less, cut out…
  • I really dig anything from this blogger. I've tried a few of the recipes and they are easy and delicious! They also have meals planned out to start people off. http://www.ibreatheimhungry.com
  • @KnitOrMiss not a 'dump' at all! No problem I am happy to hear about different experiences. I really hope you and your doctor can help get you back to where you want to be. Sounds like you have a really good handle on things, though. Even though you are not sure what the specific issue is, you are diving deep and really…
  • @JodiSW That's a great way to put it. I really, really don't trust me to 'eat until I'm satisfied.' Not yet at least. I need to know what a portion actually looks like, what 4oz actually is. I went ahead and ordered a scale because I will use it more than once and it will be useful. I like that, 'mindful eating.' I was not…
  • @KnitOrMiss thank you! I shouldn't be balking at the slow losses as long as they're in the right direction! I'm trying to do new recipes and keep it fun. My #1 priority is to prepare. Prepare food, and prepare for the day. I do so much better with structure, I don't know why I left it up to chaos for so long.
  • Hi all! Newbie checking in. Doing well! Enjoying these results. I don't feel aggressively hungry throughout the day like I used to. I SAID NO TO MINI CUPCAKES, like my most favorite bad food ever! Question for all you seasoned folks: Do you weigh your food? My weight is coming off, but it's a slow roll. I think it's…
  • Thank you all for your responses! @carsonheim I paid like $21 on amazon? Whoops! I will try the grocery store next time! @becwana I tried a mug cake yesterday! I really liked it, but I think I overcooked it. The idea of cooking an egg in a microwave was kind of frightening but it was very satisfying!
  • @carsonheim thank you! I just bought the 'mixed' package. And 1-2 squares a week works as that is the most I've ever paid for chocolate!
  • Thank you for your perspective! I like that quote. I am changing the way I look at and manage food. Though, I am not looking to get shredded or anything like that :p I want to be realistic with my goals. Part of that is realizing I do have a major sweet tooth! And was wondering if anyone had ever tried these, or found…
  • I know sometimes this can be a dealbreaker for folks... But have you tried coffee black? Creme in coffee is so good, but I want those calories to go elsewhere. I did the first couple days then I thought I would do without creamer so I could "eat" those calories instead. Hope this helps!
  • Good morning, and happy Friday! 29 | 5'9 | SW: 297 | CW: 294.2 | GW: 199 I'm looking for Keto friends that want to get into ONEderland! Also if you want to recipe swap! Take care all :)
  • [/quote] Hi Amber. Welcome. To get higher fat in your meals, simply choose high fat content meats, like 73% hamburger or rib eye steaks. Eat chicken with the skin on (holy yummmm!), pan fry stuff in butter, and add plenty of butter to your cooked veggies. I'm sensitive to dairy, but if you aren't, cheesy sauce is great on…
  • Hi All! I am brand new to this site and to Keto! Very, very green. My struggle so far has been hitting all my fat macros (I don't even come close to it), and staying under 25 carb. There are so many carbs in things... I'm amazed. Having to log food entries and see it in front of me has been a total eye-opener. I am just…
