Great progress so far! Remember to keep consistent with your diet, but make sure you're giving yourself enough to keep going! You don't want to starve yourself. I know tuna fish, chicken breasts, salmon, and fat free milk are all great things to eat while you're cutting! Best of luck!

That's a very interesting read! It's hard to believe that you could really get much done in just one minute though, but maybe the implications of that, and pushing that into 5 or 10 minutes, would be amazing!
