For the first few weeks its going to be like that. Until your body adjusts to your new diet. I find i still feel that way sometimes. I drink alot of water, it keeps the hunger away.

I wash my hair every other day. But shower everyday. Its not healthy to wash your hair everyday. you strip your natural oils out of it.

I have 71 more lbs to go. I was 303 lbs before, and now i am at 255.4 - ive been plateauing for a month, so im switching stuff up a bit in hopes to break it :)

It's different for everyone, you just have to find the routine that fits your lifestyle. See for me, I prep my lunch for work and snacks at work the night before. I agree with this. I sometimes get sick of my tv shows. But i LOVE cardio. So i dont hate going to the gym everymorning. Couldnt of said it better myself!

You will NOT be forced to count calories for the rest of your life. Once you are at your goal weight. You will just count calories for a couple months to learn what your body will need to maintain, then it should be easy :)

GET HULU! I watch 1 show every morning, and obviously it has to be a show that you like. I look FORWARD to my gym sessions in the morning because i get to watch another episode of my show!
