I have done some power classes and cardio (like 5 or 6 days a week). However i have attended a couple of booty classes which start by around 10 minutes of jumping and such, so i guess that's the main reason for my pain. Currently focusing on my upper body. How can i fix this? Please help! My day includes lots of walking:(
