Same story with me. I joined forever ago, but didn't use it and gained a ton of weight. Keeping up with my diary helps me not to snack as much because I have to log EVERYTHING I put in my mouth. I've never used Slim Fast Shakes, but I've heard they work pretty well. . I've been drinking Shakeology, though. Serves as a meal replacement and definitely keeps me satisfied.
