Hi Florida! I am in the panhandle of FL near Destin. 60 lbs lost in two years is awesome! What are you doing to loose? I have been eating paleo since Jan 1 and lost 31 but am a tad below my goal so just doing maintain workouts and allowing a little more flexibility in what i eat.
