Did level 1, day 5 last night..made it through with 2 breaks instead of 3 :smile: taking a rest day today as my calves are noticeably swollen. Back at it tomorrow!

Zevia is caffeine free, no sugar, no sweetners...well erythritol is in it. It has a few carbs but nothing else. I've only seen it sold by the 6 pack until yesterday when I found a new flavor at whole foods and also say they sell them in single larger cans there.

Zevia is carbonated flavored water. My local Kroger carries it in the organic section, comes in 6 different flavors. Can also be found at whole foods, fresh thyme, probably trader joes. The cream soda is the best imho.

Level 1, day 4... getting easier to do the full 2 minutes or cardio (specifically the jumping jacks/jump rope combo).

Level 1, day 3...the DOMS are real. Not a fan of the side lunges.

Did L1D2 yesterday, was just as killer as Monday. My shoulders and thighs were feeling it from the day before but I pushed through. Can def. Feel it in my abs vs. What I've been doing. :smiley:

I finished my first 5k this past Saturday! 1 hour and 3 minutes with a mixture of running until I couldn't catch my breath and walking. Not bad for a girl who doesn't run. Planning another 5k in November, my goal is to run it! Started the 30 day shred yesterday!

I kept an empty Fiji water bottle, drink 2 of those and boom..water quota for the day. I try to drink a bottle of water during my work out in the morning and just force myself to drink it through out the day. Water and unsweetened tea are my drinks of choice after 6 months now.
