  • I like spaghetti squash! I've only made it once but I added a small amount of grass fed beef and organic pasta sauce, the only reason I haven't made it again is because I have a gas stove and it heats my house up cooking it for 45 minutes. :)
  • I love the taste of almond milk. I use the unsweetened vanilla for protein shakes. Calories are low and the consistency after blending is much better than milk in my opinion.

  • I've been eating cleaner since February. Less processed foods, very low sugar - I try to consume less than 16g a day, no fruit, very little grains, grass fed, organic, non-gmo. I will occasionally slip up, I'm only human...I believe my diary is open to friends. Feel free to add me!
