I like spaghetti squash! I've only made it once but I added a small amount of grass fed beef and organic pasta sauce, the only reason I haven't made it again is because I have a gas stove and it heats my house up cooking it for 45 minutes. :)

I love the taste of almond milk. I use the unsweetened vanilla for protein shakes. Calories are low and the consistency after blending is much better than milk in my opinion.

I've been eating cleaner since February. Less processed foods, very low sugar - I try to consume less than 16g a day, no fruit, very little grains, grass fed, organic, non-gmo. I will occasionally slip up, I'm only human...I believe my diary is open to friends. Feel free to add me!
