Wow , already halfway though this year, I started calorie counting 2.5 months ago and have lost about 14lbs and can now fit into my old work trousers, it’s not loads, it’s a small achievement and I feel better now than I did back then, no need to stress if you fall off the wagon one day, enjoy the day and jump back on…
