Is there anyone that is willing to carry on and make an April challenge, really easy to do then add the link in this group so people and join. I have done them for 2 years but I need to take a step back as my kids are not well mentally so I want to be there to support them with no distractions. I thank everyone who hasβ¦

Work has been hard, no meal planning- I struggle with this in our house we have takeaways alot recently because not wanting to cook 3 different meals for 5 peopleβ¦ canβt remember the last time I ate a piece of fruit. Will put up my weights tomorrow, I never really focus on looking after me, my body, I see friends going to the gym, eating better, Iβm turning 40 this year and Iβd love to slim down and tone up for the summer, aim for that summer holiday, all achievable if I put my mind to it, I need to organise my time/ my life better x

Will input my goals tomorrow, my weakness through November was chocolate covered peanuts! Fine in Moderation but I was a pig for them. I will go back to boiled eggs as snacks for this month!π

Iβm in for tomorrow, was looking forward to the October one, until got ill which wiped me out for a few weeks.. on the upside I lost 3lbs due to not wanting to eat because my throat hurtπ€£ see you tomorrow with my numbers, x π
