  • I am using the Apple Watch. Works well for me. I travel a bit and use different makes of tread mills in hotel gyms and notice they all over the place with the calories and miles. I see Apple is mostly 100 calories ahead on 1 hour tread mill. Wouldn't swap for anything else as works great with iPhone - all one family

  • Welcome back. Same with me. 5x I lost over 50 pounds. Now the only tip I can give you is the one I give myself. Once all those pounds are gone...
