i get that, it sucks how you wanna lose weight and then you end up getting it off and your metabolism brings it right back!!! i try to refrain from any "whites" (flour, bread, rice, etc) and i work out at least one hour a day. what really helped me out was learning portion sizes. it doesnt matter how healthy something is;…
