  • Had a bad few days last week but think I'm back on track now! Gained on Sunday :( but hoping for a big loss next Sunday! (We shall see lol) Hayley I can totally see a difference too! Well done!
  • I'm just doing walking and weight/resistance training mostly. My painful knees are what hinders me the most so as soon as I hit 380lbs I'm order an exercise bike I've seen, so this will allow me to work out more whilst taking the pressure from my weight off my knees.
  • I stopped drinking soda too, and coffee etc. I only drink water, pure squeezed juices/smoothies with nothing added when I haven't got time to make my own.
