Only could do 60/200. My legs are absolutely dead today.

Day 2 done!! Couch to 5k week 1 day 2 Calm and strong yoga class And only got 60/200 of the adductor lifts, but I'm not upset. Those were killer and my legs may fall off.

Day 1 complete - 2 hour roller derby practice and MFP daily mini challenge (200 arm circles) On deck for Day 2 - Wk 1, day 2 of C25k, MFP daily mini challenge (200 sidelying hip adductor lifts), and yoga class.

Done. Alternated between backwards and forwards with single and both arms during roller derby warmup.
