Needless to say calorie in take looks awesome since I haven't been able to eat, but my workouts have been a thought and not an action.

This week has been horrible since I have been sick. 2 1/2 days in bed and 1/2 a day trying to sanitize our home so my family doesn't catch this nasty cold.

I did not want to go walking or workout, but Praise the Lord he sent a co-worker by at the right moment and we went walking together. I killing it on the calorie intake and burning :) every little step I take is a big step for my goal :) Now I'm waiting to see the results on the scale in 2 weeks.

DaceyG1990 ... on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I will complete a high Aerboic exercise with a friend at work; Tuesday and Thursday I will walk 3 miles all during my lunch break; and I'm not sure what I will be doing on the weekends yet. I will probably workout to a p90X video or follow a FitBlender video.

My calorie intake is much better today lol, which just the first half of the day I have only consumed 690 calories and lost 175 with walking during lunch :) This is one happy lady

So far Day 1 has been great ... well other than the left overs from our Mother's Day supper yesterday :smile: I have already completed my 30 minute workout during my lunch break.

Count me in ... I want to lose 30 pounds in 6 months, so this will definitely push me.
