There are different brands of soy milk and each one taste different. There a couple of nice ones, it is just a matter of trying them. It's like anything, you may like one cake but not another, it doesn't mean they are all taste bad or good.

what is wrong with a pound a week? If you did that over a year, that is 52lbs! That would be quite an impressive number. Weight loss is not a rush but being able to maintain it.
