I don't count. Just posting everything I eat for the next 3-5 days as an action item from the book I've been reading (see the very first post). I can tell you this fact itself makes you for sure more careful with what you are putting on your plate and how often.

I used my phone app to post some of them. Just tap the photo camera icon which brings Choose file window with one more camera icon. Selecting the latter would access your phone photo library.

would you believe I keep mixing them up all the time. Sometimes having hard time at home after having bought wrong item from the shopping list -)
