You might not be eating enough? Your body has gone through so many changes and is trying to compensate. You need to get like 1200 calories in there - and keep them mainly from protein. If you don't get enough good calories your body is just going to burn away your existing muscle and that will slow your metabolism, too.…

Hey everyone....I'm Eric. I'm from Connecticut and was sleeved 12/30/15. Awesome experience :) I'm already down 90lbs and hadn't even started any exercise, LOL. Started weight training today...kicked my butt.
