5'8 and 172 (I was 194 at the beginning of the year). I'd like to be 150-160. Slowly, but surely I'll get there.

I am 5'8 and i was at 194 at the beginning of the year.. the most I had ever been. I have started my journey in January and began walking and eating better. I am down 22 pounds. That's awesome, KaelaGibbons, you've been able to keep most of it off! I'm 5'8 and started at 194. I've lost about 20lbs so far, but I've been hovering at my current weight for a while now. I still have a long way to go, but I just need a push!

I wanted to be healthier for me. I'm not sure what finally clicked, but since January I've been losing weight and sticking with it.

Thanks! Any help is appreciated. I do a lot of walking/hiking/stair climber, but haven't really done any of the weight training. I need to kick it up and start doing that too!
