I try to track all my healthy food in advance. Breakfast/lunch/dinner and a healthy snack. Then I look up everything else before it goes in my mouth. Sometimes I decide that cookie is worth it... I work 50 hrs a week, I have 2 kids- 1 in sports 4 nights a week. I added mini workouts to my daily routine. Each 15 minute break = 40 Jumping Jacks, 30 crunches, 20 squats, 20 push-ups. Once warm weather hits- Cape Cod or Martha's Vineyard is great! Lots of opportunities to stay active (walking, hiking, swimming), but its beautiful, people are great and who doesn't like the beach?

I found that the best way to tackle this is 1 healthy choice at a time. I started with drinking more water. Then simply moving more. Making better choices meal to meal. Do I make bad choices? Hi! My goal is 50 lbs. I'm down 7 since 4/1. I'm Hoping to hit at least 30 by 10/1. I'd love to see all 50! This is really helping. I'm setting little goals each month. Last month was healthy food choices. This month is to move more everyday. I'm happy to give any encouragement needed!!
