I have curly hair as well. I tried the advice of my stylist and your hair will improve over time. Instead of washing/putting conditioner in it every day, just try going 5 days without the use of this stuff. Go ahead and wet it down if you'd like, but reducing the wash/conditioner will improve your hair's shine and overall…

If you have an Iphone/Ipod, there are tons of free podcasts out there that play continuous music. That's what I listen to while working out...the Gareth Emery podcast. It's serious MOVE music!!

Ok ladies, let's start this thing! I downloaded Get Running, which runs in the background of your ipod/phone and will tell you when to start running or walking (while you are listening to whatever music you wish!). Who's ready to start from week one? We can push each other and motivate each other.
