I'm down a measly 6.4 lbs, but it's better than nothing - 72.5 for the group total!

I'm Kate, 54 years old, 5' 5'', and weighed in at 155 this morning. Ideally, I'd be at 125, but 130 would be a healthy and (theoretically) maintainable weight for this woman who loves to cook and eat.

Short term? Get back to being active after a couple hiccups my body endured (replaced hips, pinched nerve in my back... I'm too young for this!). Long term, I'd like to get down to my pre-hip issue weight, some 25 pounds south of where I am today.
