  • I have found this to be a gentle step to take. I fast a morning two days a week, sometimes more. On those days I have my coffee with 1/2 tsp kerrygold butter and 1/2 tsp coconut oil - whipped into the coffee with a little battery operated tool. I find I don't get as hungry if I wait until lunch to eat as I do on mornings…
