Starting Weight Jan 8th: 189lbs Current Weight May 27th: 169lbs Short term goal: 160lbs to 165lbs ish by June 22nd Long term goal: 140lbs - 130lbs by Oct. 5th ish Down 20lbs!! It's kinda crazy lol but taking it one week at a time.

Thank you! I do strength training two times a week, basically just upper and then lower the next time.
