I recently wandered back to MFP as I still use it to check in on certain friends to see how thye're doing. I thought I was in a different app because of all the ads and the lack of the feed. MFP has removed a large part of the Pal from their name and I don't know that I'll be back again to jump through the hoops I need to…

It's a step in the right direction. One down!

It's more fun to build the anticipation sometimes ;)

I'd make sure I got to know her a bit first. She looks like the type that could do some serious damage if she punched you in the face.
-
I say no only so that it will be all the better when I finally say yes.

I'd say anyone who spends considerable time around German shepherds is a person worth getting to know, at least.
-
I might consider it ;)

Rather than doing a diet, why not try finding another coping mechanism other than eating? Something active like hiking or swimming or cycling and just try to pull back on the amount of food you eat? That should get you the results you're looking for rather than doing another crash "diet."

I have from time to time.

Just got back from working out, which always seems to make me frisky. I thought it was supposed to work the other way.

The beard does have magical properties! And I'd love to know what's going on behind those blue eyes, so that's a double yes for me.
-
I wouldn't mind getting to know her and see what happens ;)

Since MzIrish got skipped this go around, I'm going to say that she looks like she'd be a lovely little spoon.

Stop weighing so much! Weight fluctuates a good bit from day to day. I'd focus on only weighing in once a week, without clothes, first thing in the morning, and on the same day. Put the scale somewhere you can't step on it every day if you have to.

I have not.
-
I have and probably would again.

Looks damn good in swimwear and pretty much all of your other photos!
-
Gladly!
-
I would happily take that hug! Nice to meet you!
-
No, but I would absolutely go on whatever hike Sean is on. That view looks amazing!
-
Don't know her, but she looks cool.
-
nuh uh.
-
No, but I could see us having some fun.

The pupper looks like they could use some love!

Do it anyway. I've found that it's when I don't want to work out that I need it the most. Hit it hard, get those endorphins released and know that I did something good for myself that day.

Depending on what it was, I'd say in most cases you'd have a pretty significant stomach ache as 10K calories is a lot of food pretty much no matter how you slice it.

I work out at 5 am so typically go right to the gym after waking up. What seems to be working well for me is just to make sure that I get plenty of protein during the day to encourage muscle repair/maintenance.

Still not 100% happy with what I see in the mirror, but I am seeing changes that keep me going. Not as much of a paunch. Stairs are easier to traverse. Overall heart rate is lower. Pants are getting looser (and I have to cinch my belt tighter). I know it's not going to happen in one day, but the idea is to know that I'm…

Perhaps instead of eating right when you get up, eat at set times regardless of when work starts. I eat on a pretty consistent schedule, and it's been working for me. I eat at 7:30, 10, 12, 3, and then somewhere between 5 and 6 and then only drink water before 7:30 amd and after 6 pm.
